Our Personalised Fitness and Mobility Classes are comparable to a typical Personal Training Session. We set development goals for our students and design programmes to help our students work towards them. We understand that SEN students may not understand the long term benefits of hard work or may be reluctant to push themselves, which is why we’ve broken down typical exercises and programmes into developmentally appropriate sections with clear objectives in order for them to achieve their health development goals.
